This document forms a legal agreement between bw52 and its users. By using the platform you are accepting all the terms below. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the service.

1. Definitions & General Provisions

In these terms and conditions, "bw52", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the website https://bw52.mom and all services connected to it. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered person who accesses or uses this platform.

bw52 is an online betting and gaming platform providing entertainment services for players in Bangladesh. Accessing the platform means you fully agree to these terms.

1.1 Changes to the Terms

bw52 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page. We expect users to check this page regularly.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

bw52 services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. You must confirm your correct age when creating an account. We may request identity documents to verify age at any time.

2.1 Prohibited Users

The following persons are not eligible to use bw52:

  • Any person under the age of 21.
  • Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
  • Anyone who has already been permanently banned from bw52.
  • Officers, employees of the platform, or their immediate family members.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, bw52 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any balances held in them.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete personal information to complete registration successfully. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being closed.

3.1 Protecting Your Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bw52 may conduct identity verification at any time. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All transactions on bw52 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Brac Bank and Islami Bank).

4.1 Minimum Transaction Limits

  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 (on all payment methods).
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Your account must be fully verified before you can request a withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. bw52 may request additional verification for suspicious or unusual transactions.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to transact through chargebacks, fraud, money laundering or any other dishonest method will result in the account being closed immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

bw52 offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets.

5.2 Bonus Examples

  • ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
  • ৳18,000 deposit → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳28,000.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

  • The same person may not claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for placing bets.
  • bw52 reserves the right to change or discontinue any ongoing promotion at any time.
  • In cases of bonus abuse or system manipulation, the bonus will be cancelled.

6. Betting Rules

Once all bets are finalised they cannot be changed or cancelled. bw52 has full authority over bet acceptance and pricing on the platform. bw52 reserves the right to cancel bets accepted due to technical errors or incorrect odds.

6.1 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC), football (FIFA), kabaddi and various other sports. All bets must be confirmed before the event starts. Rules for pre-match bets and live bets may differ.

6.2 Casino Games

Slots, live dealer games and other games are available at bw52 Casino. Each game has its own rules and it is the user's responsibility to read them before starting a game. If a technical issue occurs during a game, that round may be cancelled.

7. VIP Program & Rewards

bw52's VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play:

  • Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
  • Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
  • Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

Your account must remain active and verified to use VIP benefits. bw52 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

8. Responsible Gaming

bw52 firmly believes in responsible gaming. We want all our members to play for entertainment and to stay within their limits.

  • Use the deposit limits, bet limits and session-time controls available to you.
  • If needed, contact support to temporarily or permanently close your account.
  • Never treat gaming as a source of income.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

bw52 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of terms and conditions.
  • Fraud or suspicious activity.
  • Providing a false identity.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Bonus abuse.
  • Extended inactivity (an account may be declared inactive after a specified period).

bw52 will attempt to give reasonable notice before closing an account, however immediate action may be taken in cases of serious breach.

11. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content published on the bw52 website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is the intellectual property of bw52. Republishing, distributing or using it for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

bw52 aims to provide uninterrupted service, however temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, third-party service failures or unforeseen circumstances. bw52's liability will be limited in such situations. bw52 reserves the right to correct odds or results displayed incorrectly due to technical errors.
